Overview
Valor Communication, Inc. and ONDIGO, LLC (collectively, the "Company") sell and ship products into the State of California. As such, we are required to comply with the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, commonly known as California Proposition 65 ("Prop 65").
Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to California consumers when products may expose them to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
Important Notice Regarding Product Warnings
Some products sold through Valor and Ondigo may carry a Proposition 65 warning for one or more of the following reasons:

Material Composition
Certain products or components may contain materials (such as plastics, coatings, electronic components, or packaging elements) that include chemicals listed under Proposition 65. -
Manufacturing Environment Exposure
In other cases, the product itself may not inherently contain a listed chemical; however, it may be manufactured, assembled, or packaged in facilities where exposure to Proposition 65-listed chemicals may occur. Out of an abundance of caution and to comply with California regulations, such products may still carry a Proposition 65 warning.
The presence of a Proposition 65 warning does not mean that a product is unsafe. Rather, it reflects California's broad and precautionary disclosure requirements.

Some products sold by Valor Communication and Ondigo can expose you to chemicals, including Bisphenol A (BPA) or DI(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), which are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
