To qualify for a price match, all the following conditions must be met:

The product must be identical, new-in-box, and in the same condition
- Refurbished, open-box, or used products are not eligible
- The item must be in stock with both the Company and the competing seller at the time of the request
- The competing price must be offered by an authorized distributor

The item must not be:
- A clearance, closeout, liquidation, or fire-sale item
- Part of a bundle, rebate, loyalty program, or limited-time promotion
- The price match cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, special pricing, or incentives
Proof of Price
Customers must provide valid proof of the competing price at the time of request, which may include:
- A current online listing
- A dated advertisement
- Other verifiable documentation clearly showing the product details and advertised price

- Price match requests must be submitted prior to purchase or at the time of order
- The Company reserves the right to:
- Verify eligibility and competing offers
- Limit quantities
- Approve or deny price match requests at its sole discretion
