Over the past year, we have added more speakers, backpacks, and large Bluetooth headsets, thus increasing the size and quality of our packaging. Unfortunately, FedEx and UPS have recently raised their shipping costs and added extra fees such as fuel surcharges, location surcharges, and package-size and dimension charges. Even with rising economic conditions and freight costs, our customers will still receive the best rates and services.
As a result, beginning May 9, 2022, Valor will implement the following shipping policies:
- We will be eliminating the $5 Handling Free fee currently applied to free shipping.
- The free UPS Ground Shipping rate will be raised from $350 to $500. Orders below $500 will have a flat rate of $20 per box, while California clients will pay $15 per box. Our orders are usually packaged and shipped within a single box.
- We will be offering highly discounted Overnight and Express shipping options with special rates available for Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
